My employer is planning to file my labor in June this year and I am in the Chicago center. Are all labor applications filed under PERM these days? If it is filed in June, how much time can it get approved in realistically speaking? My PD is current already.
I had my labor and I 140 approved from my previous employer and I left them before starting my I 485. Will this improve my labor filing with my new employer in any ways?
I would appreciate if someone can answer these critical questions.
