I am currently on H1 and I will be completing my 6 years in July 2008. I am planning to switch my job, but the new employer is ready to start he GC/labor process only after 6 months of employment.
Considering the fact that I do not have much time in hand, is it safe to make a move, such that Iwill not have any problems applying for Labor and further processes.
