I would like to know how long an employer should keep the Ad post open and interview the candidates before applying the Labor application to DOL? Is there a cap that Ads must be OPEN for x number of days/weeks/month or x number of candidates should be interviewed/rejected before proceeding with Labor application? Please share your insights. Every comment/experiences helps. Thanks in advance.
