The job requirement specified in my labor was Masters + 1 yr OR Bachelors + 5 yrs. I have Bachelors + 6 Yrs(2 Yrs in India and 4 yrs in US, excluding current company) when it was filed. Following is my question:
The experience shown on the Labor application is only the US experience (4 yrs). My 2yr (India) experience is not shown. Does it a problem? So far we haven’t received any query. The labor is forwarded to Federal now, I am expecting it next month. If the labor approved, is there any problem filing I140 in EB2? Do we need to include the copy of ETA 750B application for I 140? Do we need to inform labor dept about the experience not shown?
