Labor app moved back to EDD

Hi All,

My case was filed on Sept 9th 2001 in RIR. It got cleared from EDD and moved to DOL.

But, later it was rejected and moved back to EDD for non RIR processing.
Has anyone of you faced this same scenario?

What do you suggest should be done?

Hi ,
Check the California Regional (DOL) tracking -2 thread. look for messages regarding "Remanded to state" issue.
