Labor and 1-140 Approved, I-485 ?

Labor FD : lastweek of DEC'2005 AD : second week of Jan 2006.
I-140 FD : last week of May 2006 AD: june.21.2006(Status on USICS)
TSC receipt # starts with SRC xx xxx xxxxxx

Documents are with attoerny.

I would like to know when can i file for i-485 ?

it depends on what country you're from. check the visa bulletin and find out if your PD is current. if it is "current" then you can file I-485.
