DOS incompetency brought to light, now the LA times ask for a abolish... thanks DOS for you incompetency & the worst thing is that no one was disciplined... Luke foreigners do not matters... they though peoples would just sit there waiting...?

@ Jayo2k........... The scrapping of the DV Lottery by the American Govt is now near, than ever. I fear that finally the end of DV lottery program is finally around the corner. It's very saddening...

Many people including myself have been saying for a long time that DV Lottery does not make sense and it's not in the interest of this nation. DoS could actually care less about DV, they are forced into implementing this underfunded program by a Congressional mandate and it's more of a burden for them then anything else. They will be the happiest ppl on Earth the day they cancel it. One thing is clear...DV will be cancelled in 1-2 years. IMO DV2013 will be the last one.

It was obvious that Dv would be threatened by the bad publicity of the error results.But what doesnt make sense up to now is how Dos posted error results.I myself could not believe it after kcc doing this dv lottery for years.Its not logical with all the technology we have nowadays and there are auditors supposed to do checks and verification of data.
Sorry to say this but may be it was intentional so as to sabotage it.After some senators had tried to remove it but in vain.We will never know what really happened.
