LA office interview noticed rec'd

I just got interview notice for LA BCIS for next month. My case was transferred in sept 02.
I had applied for 485 in july 2001.

Since I had to switch job after 90 days of 485 application since old company got closed.

I was wondering how do I handle questions in regards job change in interview. They have asked for all usual documents like EVL , W2s , DOB cert. , Tax return etc..etc..

ANy suggestions OR inputs OR experiences will be very helpful
 
Find a Lawyer

I think you must have thought accompanying a good lawyer along with you. If not do it right away. Thats because, some of INS/BCIS asks miserable questions such as why did you get married or why did you change your job, at that point you will need a lawyer to answer. Its not that you can not answer. You will have confidence if a lawyer accompanies you.

But If I were you, I would hire a lawyer to accompany me.

Why are you worried? What is your case history, I mean did you used AC21? Did you ever informed INS about your job change.
At the most you need to hire some lawyer, I know every lawyer is junk, at the time of interview they can't say anything. They will say same thing what you might say. But only thing since it is there job so let them say.
Anyway if you can post some of your case details, defiantly somebody from this board will help you.
