For those who try to make an appointment in LA and get the message "No appointments available at this time"
It seems like the infopass system releases appointments (cancellations, and next available day) around 8-10 PM Pacific (Most likely around midnight Eastern). i.e. if you try immediately after 9 PM Pacific, there is a high probability that appointments for the 14th day in the two week horizon are available.
