Hi, I would like to get any help with regards to the following:
What would be better (if there is a difference at all) for my spouse? I am going to get a L1 visa through my employement, and my wife is a Phd in Neuroscience who would like to work in the US. We have been told that she would get a L2 with EAD. My question is: is this ok to work for any pharmaceutical company in the US in a well educated job position? or we should ask for an H1B? Please help as I am very, very new to the US visa issues. Thanks a lot in advance!!!!!
