Hi All,
I am in L2 visa and working in a private company . My husband is in L1 visa . My husband's company is not ready to sponsor Green card for him. Since i am workjing as a independent consultant, can i self sponsor myself a Green card . If no, are there any other options through which i can get Green card

There are couple of ways to get green card. One of them is employment based other is family based.
In Emp based GC, you need to have your (or your spouse's) employer file for Green Card.
