I am on L2 Visa and have applied for EAD...My Spouse is on L1 Visa.
Both me and my spouse have thier I-94 stamped for Mar 2008. I am aware that we can stay here without any issues till 2008.
L1 has I94-Mar 2008, Visa till Jun 2006 and PED as Mar 2008
L2 has I94-Mar 2008, Visa till Jun 2006 and PED as Mar 2008
My Spouse (L1) plans to travel to UK for a Project...for 2-3 months...I am assuming incase he has to come back to Us he will have to stamp again as his visa was valid till Jun 2006.
Now I will get EAD in 2 months...can I work in the US till 2008 (as per my I-94 exit...I need to leave by Mar 2008.) Whats my spouse dependency....
