L2 visa stamping problem - Urgent

L2 (for dependent) visa stamping issue-- need advice - Urgent

Hi,

I am working here in US on L1A, my visa will be expired by Sept 05 and just applied for extension and might take min of 3 months.
I wanted to bring my wife here on L2. TT Services web doesn't allow to select the slot in available date (in December) for visa stamping as visa will be expired by that date.
Is there any way to book the appointment/solve the problem and bring her soon?
What are the obligation for Visitor visa? She has completed BE.

I am in a desparenate situation and seeking help.
