i am in L1 and MY wife has valid L2 visa valid till dec 2008 but the stamping in passport got expired already . She is planning to go to india. I know she need to go for stamping again when she is returning back to USA. Do we need to apply for separate L2 approval before going for stamping or can we use my(L1) approval for her stamping.
I know in H1B, we need to apply separate H2B after 3 years for my wife. How does L1 works, is it the same way like H1 that we need to get the separate L2 approval ONLY after 3 years or do we need to get the separate approval for second time stamping itself.
