7) Parent's or Spouse's employment verification letter
8) Demand draft for visa application fee
9) Demand draft for visa issuance fee

To apply for an EAD you may file Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization electronically if you are eligible. If you are not eligible for electronic filing, you must file a Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, by mail with the USCIS Regional Service Center that serves the area where you live.

They are basically looking for documents evidencing relationship between you and your spouse. You can send a copy of your marriage certificate, 2-3 marriage photographs, copy of your spouse's passport with your name appended in the Spouse column, affidavits from witnesses of marriage, certificate from church/priest/temple etc. You can also attach copies of Joint bank account statements or other documents showing your wife as your spouse.
