I had filed for L2 extension visa in April2004.I got approved notice in sept.2004,but with typographic error.Now it is pending at the USCIS to correct it.My husband has got the extension for his L1 visa till April 2005.We have to file for another extension sometime in Feb.My question is, can we file for the extension in Feb if my L2 corrected approval notice does not come by that time? Any help is highly appritiated!
