I am on L1A visa. Due to project requirements, I have to relocate to another state and city in USA. My spouse is on L2S dependent visa and working and the child is in High school. USCIS provides open employment market and open education anywhere in USA. I scanned the USCIS site and related forms but couldn’t find anything which mandates L2 and L2S dependents to co-locate with the L1A primary visa holder and stay at the same address. Please share if you are aware of any rules, regulations or had similar past experiences.
