Post for my relative:
Spouse of L1A holder would like to apply for L2 visa to be able to enter the U.S. along with husband.
On reviewing the consulate website in Doha (Applying post).
“personal income tax returns (form 1040), corporate income tax returns (form 1020), corporate quarterly reports (form 941), W-2 tax forms, bank statements, and affidavit of support (form I-134). Evidence of health insurance covering dependents is also helpful.”

She’ll not be able to provide the personal tax returns, Bank statement in the U.S. etc, but does have the continued offer of employment at the U.S. company and the L1 visa in husband’s passport.
1) What are the chances for rejection with out the above documents?
2) Would it be advisable to wait until the L1A holder gets to the U.S. gets the first few pay stubs, establish a bank account, fill the affidavit of support (I-134) and then apply?
Or
Is it more reasonable to apply with just the documents available right now since it’s understood that he would not have these documents since he’s yet to enter the U.S?
3) L1A is only for 1 year since it is a small company with a few employees.
4) Any experiences / advice would be appreciated. The couple is quite anxious to come together but does not want to risk the chance of rejection
Thanks for your time and help
