Hello, i am on a L2 visa right now and a desi company - Grapnel Tech Services LLC in West Des Moines, Iowa-50266 has marketed my CV and i got through a company. He is willing to sponsor me a H1b now. I have 2 questions:
1. I have heard a lot about the fraudulent desi IT companies operating here. How do I judge that Iam in Safe Hands. Is there a mechanism to check if these guys (grapnel Tech) are good - i mean, do they pay taxes correctly to the government, are they legally operating here, if they sponsor me a H1b, I should NOT get into trouble later.
2. Suppose, Grapnel Tech sponsors my H1b and I get through and for some reason, I have to visit India - sa for 2 weeks. Then while returning I will be visiting USA with my H1b visa, in that case what steps do I need to follow. Will i be able to get my H1b stamped in 10 days while in India?
I would really appreciate your timely help.
