I am converting from L1B - H1B visa and it’s a premium processing.
My wife is working on L2 visa with Company A. Company B has applied for her H1B on a regular processing mode.
We have both got our receipt numbers.
My questions:
When she has to quit Company A? Can she work until her H1B gets approved or she has to quit since she has got her EAC number?
Can she start working right away with Company B with her EAC number or she has to wait until her H1B gets approved?
I would appreciate if someone could provide a detail information on this.
