A consultant has filled an H1B for me with COS from L2 to H1b. I have my EAD and does not want to work with the consultant now( want to withdraw my H1B petition). The H1B filling is in its initial stages(far from getting an approval).
The case was filled through an Atorney.
1. Can I withdraw the case myself, without informing the consultant?
2. Can I work on L2-EAD even after the H1b and COS is approved?
Please help!!!
