I'm currently working on L2 EAD and visa is valid till 2007. My current employer applied for a H1 B as a Change of Status and have received the approvals also. I want to get it stamped in Tijuana, MX
If H1 B doesnt get stamped, can I re-enter US on L2 visa?
Also what will happen to my H1 B? Will the H1 B be valid and can I work in H1? If so, can I get it stamped the next time I go to India?
