i have been in usa on L2 visa for 3 yrs[will be 4yrs next yr] and planning to apply for next match[2005] and i need H1.how many yrs of H1 will i get ,since i am already in L2, will those yrs be taken into account?please help i am confused and i should decide so that i can think about going in J1. people on H4 , does it affect u all also similarly
