L2 to H1 conversion effect on L1

I am on L1 and my wife is working on L2, now her employer is ready to transfer her L2 to H1, so i want to know if she get her L2 transfer to H1 how that will effect me. Can i remain on L1?.Pls let me know what i have to do in this case.

You can stay on L1 and continue to work... no problems at all!!
