I am peresently on L2 Visa and I hold an EAD. I am working for a very small company as a Technical Product Marketing Specialist since the last 14 months. My L2 expires in sept 07. My employer is willing to sponsor my H1-B and i plan to file for it on April 1 07
What are my chances of getting the H1-B Visa. My concern here is that I am a technology marketing professional and H1-B is primarily for computer programmers / analysts.
What happens if my Visa gets rejected because i am not a computer analyst or the fact that there are many US citizens with IT marketing background who can fill my position (am i right in presuming this)?
Can I reapply next year if my L2 gets extended?
