Hello,
I am planning to change my wife's visa from L2 to F1 visa.
To get this change done through consular processing, should I go to my home country or can I get it done in any country abroad.
I am from India so getting slots in India is difficult as opposed to a country abroad and hence am looking for this option.
Please advise.
