Hi,
I havent seen any question of mine in any forums...
The situation is that I am on L1 and my wife on L2 with EAD. She is pursuing her masters here and she will graduate in June. My question is:
1.Can she still continue her college, if i i lose my project and am asked to go back to India??
2. If we apply for F1 visa now, wht happens if i have to leave before the petetion is approved ??? can she still stay on a pending petetion ???
