My wife's visa type is L2.
Recently (01/07/2008) my wife's I-94 got expired and we applied for the I-94 extension. We got the I-94 extension for my wife. But it has the validity start only from 05/24/2008 until 05/23/2010.
We got her EAD which is valid till 05/23/2008.
Can any one of you please clarify me that is she in Legal status to stay in USA during the 01/08/2008 to 05/23/2008 , which is the date range not covered by the latest I-94 extension?
