I am 16 and moved from Ontario, Canada to California, USA about 3 months ago. I am on an L2 Visa here. I am a Canadian citizen. I might return to Canada for university. My family is going to start the application process for permanent residency and such. What will happen if my parents start this process for me, and I leave for university? If it does get cancelled, until what age can I get back into the USA with the help of my parents?
