I really appreciate what you all are doing. Here is our case.
I was on L1. COS to H1 in 2008. Got stamped in Mexico.
Now I changed my employer. Want to go to Mexico for stamping.
Q1: Is this possiable..? (With new rule changes I am confused.)
My wife came here on L2. After my COS she also got her H4, but did not go for stamping. Now since I changed my employeer she got a new H4.
Q2: Can she come along with me to Mexico to get her new H4 stamped...?
(PS. As I said above she did not get her first H4 stamped)
Now we are planning to apply H1 for her in 2009 and she is planning to go to india and come back before OCT 1st. So if she gets H1 approved based on her H4 I94,
Q3: Can she go to Mexico/Canada for her H1 stamping...?
Can someone please answer these questions ??
