Could you please help me with the following:
My Problem :

I have H1 visa from company A and came to US.
My husband has L1 visa from company TL.
I joined company B and company B started H1 transfer and extension with premium processing.
I got RFE from Company B.
My old company A sent me a termination letter before my H1 transfer to company B started.
But they didnt cancel my old H1.
Old company A is helping me out by converting my old H1 to L2(My husband has L1 from
company TL)
Meanwhile my new company B is responding to my RFE(Iam also providing documents they need).
The problem is my old H1 visa(I-94) (Company A's) is expiring in september this year.
Please help me in answering me the following:
1)If my new H1 transfer/extenstion is denied from company B,as my L2 would have been started by old company A, will i be able to work for company B as soon as i come to know that my tarsnsfer/extension from company B is denied?.
2)Can i ask my new employer to start a new H1B with normal processing and start working with company B if the transfer/externsion is rejected?.
(Porbably by then my old H1 from company A would have been expired and L2 might be happening) In this case do i need to leave the country?.
