L2-EAD when L1 is PHYSICALLY not in US

Hi,

Lets say I have L1 and my wife has L2 -EAD.
Temporarily my Company wants me to go back to my home country and work for few months. I know I will come back again to US in the same L1-A or L1-B

During the intermediate period when I am not physically present in the US is my wife legally allowed to continue to work on the L2-EAD ?

Should not be a problem since your going back does not change your L1 status. (unless the company withdraws/terminates L1)
