My husband is holding L1 visa and valid till Nov'06. I have just applied for my EAD last month (Feb'05). We are planning to go back to India for a vacation in first week of April'05.
1) If I didnot receive my EAD until April'05, our I-94 will be changed when we come back from India after vacation. In that case do we need to reapply for my EAD again?
2) If suppose, I receive my EAD during my vacation time, again do I need to go back to INS to inform about my I-94 change?
Please clear my quries.
