L2 EAD status upon travel outside US

Hi,
My L2 EAD is valid till Jul 2008. Will it become invalid if I go to India for vacation, since the I-94 will change once I return? I would be very grateful if somebody could answer this. Thanks.

no it will remain valid. it only terminates either when it expires or your lose your L2 status (generally when your L1 sponsor loses her/his status)
