Hi, Am currently on L1 B visa with an Indian company and rite now in the US. My spouse has a valid L2 visa with an EAD that is valid till may 2009. My question now is that if my employer now wants me to go to India and get an new L1 B visa and come to US as there are lot of cases of rejection if my company applies for my extension from within the US, when should I apply for my spouse's EAD extension as she is currently working on W2.
