L2 EAD e-file Question

Hi,

I'm in L2 Status (SPOUSE OF L1) and trying to e-file EAD (online form I-765) and
I'm not sure what need to be entered in the section "PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING YOUR ELIGIBILITY STATUS"

I selected (a)(18) for the section "PLEASE SELECT YOUR ELIGIBILITY STATUS".

Do i need to enter the Principal's ( L1 Petition number and I-94 Number) in the PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING YOUR ELIGIBILITY STATUS.

Please advice,
