My wife applied for a EAD based on her L2 visa when we arrived in the US just over 3 months ago. We are in California. We have been checking the case status on the internet and the case was approved and posted on August 11. We have not received yet and have been told that nothing can be done for 30 days.
Could someone let me know from experience how long does the approval notice take to arrive in the post?
Also, does the EAD arrive with the approval notice?
Any information would be appreciated, this is getting very frustrating!
