I am L2 Visa valid upto Nov'05. The company of husband has revalidated/extended the duration of stay to Apr'07. I have received my I-539 form. Can I apply for EAD now or have to wait for my VISA stamping/I-94 card? Plz guide me. Is it possible to apply for I765 with the help of I-539.... or ?????
