L2 EAD and SSN name Change is mendatory

Hi all,

It's regards to my name change process ...

I am on L2 and got my EAD as well. I have recently applied for Name change on my renwal of passport, though the L2 visa is still on my maiden name.
I have following quries:-

1. I have my EAD and SSN on my maiden name . Is that compulsary to change the name on EAD, SSN , Driving licenseetc. due to name change on the passport immediately?

2. Can I use both names while residing in US or working in US for that matter?

Can U let me know how many days it ook for u to get ur EAD after BIO metrics appointment
