while I still didn't complete my Masters ( Thesis pending), company A for which I worked in INDIA for 3 years has offered me a job and sponsored me a
L1B visa. My L1B visa got approved and I started working for company A from Aug 2008 - present. My thesis is still pending and
didn't receive my degree yet. I'm planning for a trip to INDIA next month and also go for L1B stamping. Here are my questions
1. Will I have any issues during my L1B stamping because of my Masters?
