Does anyone have the similiar experience before?
I applied for the L1B visa and have paid $500 for the anti-fraud fee and $120 for the L1 visa fee. Then the visa officer told me that there was some problem with my prior records regarding my name and birthday. Then they put me on hold for check. It has been three weeks and the case is still under invesigation.
Anyone here has gone through the same thing before? How long does it normally take for such a check?
