L1B visa & leaving US

If I leave the US, how long before I can return on another L1B visa? I think it is 1 year. I will max out my L1B extension & do not want to go to H1 as my husband will not be able to work
 
If your company has Blanket approval before March 2005, you can come back within 6 months. Refer to the recent law passed.

I am not a lawyer. this is just my opinion
