I am on L1B which expires on 25-Jan 2008
My employer has applied L1A for me.
I am planning to travel to India during christmas and come back to US on 01-Jan-2008
If I get my L1A approved in between, do I need to stamp L1A on passport from India before I travel to US?
Can I just show the valid L1B(which expires on 25-Jan-2008) which is already stamped at passport at US port of entry on 01-Jan-2008 and enter US?
Will it affect my approved L1A is any way?
If anybody knows an answer to this, please help!
