Hello,
I am about to leave for US on L1B visa soon. I would like to know that can I apply for H1B visa on reaching US without the employer's consent on my own. Is there any legal issues on that. Can the employer harass me by any means over there ?
Is it possible for me to come back within 6 months or so or am I bound to work for the company for some period of time.
Please help.
