Hi,
I am in USA with L1B with employer A.
I have recently got my H1B approved with a new I-94 with another employer B.
I have not joined the employer B yet and now I have two I-94.
In the mean time the I-94 with L1B visa is getting expire and my employer A has filed the I-94 extension request.
Now my doubts are:
- Whether I-94 with H1B be still valid after getting the I-94 Extn of L1b.
- If No, Any suggestion: how I can keep the I-94 of H1B valid.
