HI,Currently I am in L1B (Individual) with company A and got paystubs for company A. I got an H1B approval from Company B and I can work for the same now. I got a good offer from Company C, and I would like to join the company C Within One month’s time but i do not have H1B approval for Company C. Please give me suggestion on how this can be done through H1B transfer. I appreciate your suggestions on the same.
