L1B to H1B

It would be great if u r going help me for my following query.

1)Currently i'm working on L1 visa and other employer applied for my H1 petition . I would like to know whether my L1 visa get cancelled once the H1 petition is approved. Is it legal work on L1 with a valid H1 petition in hand?

2) Other thing is my L1 visa going to expire on september'2005 my current employer going to extend my I-94 In mean time other employer H1 applied. In this case say in October onwards my H1 petiion get approved can i work on present employer based on I-94 status my keeping H1 petition in Hand.

A2Q1) as long as you are not working on H1B your L1B is valid

A2Q2) You can extend your I94 from L1B employer, as soon as your H1B approved you can start working on your H1B from October 1st onwards.

There may be few issues in your situation, I'm not sure, if your L1B employer withdraw your L1B extension, it may be feasible if you r working for T.S like employer. If you want make a move pl. ensure that your L1B extension got approved and then make a move to H1B, if u do so, there will no be any issues in your future immigration process.
