Hi
I am working on Company A with L1B visa. Last Year July 2004 i was applied H1 visa on Company B . In the month of August i went back to India and again went for My L1B extenstion . I came back here on October 2004 with my Extended L1B visa with Company A. After i came here i got approval for My H1 visa with Company B. So can i work Directly with Company B with having Stamping on my H1 visa ?
To work with Company B how do i proceed ?
