I have a valid L1B and I am working for a company A, I just came here 2 months before. This is my second trip to US on L1B this year 2004. On my first trip I applied for H1B from Company B(Consultant) and it is approved now. I have all the H1B documents with me. I had applied for interview dates in my home country (India) by this month end.
My question is:
1. How difficult is it to get to the H1B visa stamped?
2. How will be the interview? Any ideas on what type of questions the visa officer might ask for?
3. Should I really go and get my H1 stamped from my country. My employer B is insisting me to get H1B stamped?
4. What is the possibility percentage of me getting H1B stamped?
