I am in need for valuable suggestions. Please help me.
I am working for Company A thru L1B visa from July2005 – Till Date.(My petition is valid till Sept2007 and my I-94 is till March’2007).
I have a H1B Approved from Oct’2006 thru Company B.
Due to personal Emergencies now I need to go to India. I need some clarifications on the following questions:
1. As my H1B is approved, can I come back to US by getting stamped on L1B? Is my L1B still valid or has it become invalid?
2. I got my L1B initially stamped in Chennai-US Consulate, now for renewal can I go to Delhi Consulate and get my L1B VISA Renewal done? Please confirm?
2. Is it possible to get my H1B stamped and come back to US and continue work for Company A? Is this legal?
Please respond to me very soon. I'm in desperate need of guidance.
